The hotel was beautifully appointed, the staff (especially Nuno on Reception) were polite and helpful, the breakfasts were really good, rooms very comfortable.

Nice and stylish hotel in the Lido district, large comfortable modern rooms, all the amenities you could want plus the staff here are amazing, the friendliest I have met in any hotel in Madeira! I will be back soon hopefully!

The hotel was very stylish and beautifully decorated. The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and beds and chairs in the room were very comfortable. The pool area was very nice with a variety of comfortable beds and the view from the upper area was amazing. A big thank you for my birthday cake it was delicious and a lovely surprise.
The room we were in was noisy a combination of road noise and the noise of work going on in the spa area. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t great although the rest of the breakfast was great.
